SAN ANTONIO/RAYMONDVILLE,TX.—
Jennifer Cavazos-Cisneros
was called home by her Lord and Savior on February 2, 2010 in San Antonio, TX. Jennifer was born January 1, 1977 in Raymondville, TX.

She is survived by her husband, John Carlo Cisneros; her newborn baby boy, Jakob Nathaniel Cisneros; mother, Kathryn Young (George); father, Louis Cavazos; grandmothers, Juanita Cavazos and Delores Walker; brother, Charlie Cavazos (Kelly); John's parents, Ustacia "Stacy" and Rafael Cisneros; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jenn touched so many lives in the short time she was with us. She accomplished all that she set out to do in life to include getting married and having a baby. Jennifer's passion for life was loved and admired by all those whose lives she touched. We will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Israel Cavazos and her maternal grandfather, Jess Walker.

Visitation will take place at Funeraria del Angel Funeral Home in Harlingen on Sunday, February 7, 2010 from 1:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with the holy rosary to be prayed at 7:00 P.M.

Visitation will resume on Monday February 8, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Raymondville at 11:00 A.M. with the mass of Christian burial to begin at 1:00 P.M. followed by interment at Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.
