I believe Mary Helen (Fenn) Rogers to be the 3rd wife of William Wilks Rogers 1870-1935 (FAG #54066038).
William appears to have 1st married Mary Adreanna Mershon about 1898. 2nd married Barzilla (Lowe)in 1917. 3rd married Helen F soon after Barzilla's death in 1919.
Mary Helen Fenn seems to be listed as Helen F Rogers on the 1920/1930 census.

1910 Cordell, Washita Co, OK = William W 40, Mary A 31, Jewel 10, Charles 4, Robert 2.

1910 Hanraty, Coal Co, OK = Barzilla Low 9 with parents Mike 51 & Judy 47. She would become the 2nd wife of William W Rogers. They had a son Hugh Hill Rogers about 1919. Barzilla must have died before the 1920 census and Willim W Rogers married Helen.

1920 Caddo, Bryan Co, OK = Hugh Hill Rogers age 1 nephew living with Perry L Rogers 62 & Sarah A Rogers 54.

1920 Atoka, Atoka Co, OK = William W Rogers 49, Hellen 18, Charles 14, Robert 11, William W. 8.

1930 Stringtown, Atoka Co, OK = William W Rogers 60, Helen F 30, Robert R 20, Jackson J 11, Lloyd L 9, Edith E 7, Bulah E 5, David R 2 4/12.
