John Howard Alsup, 63, of Minor Hill died Thursday, November 11, at his home.
Services were held Saturday, November 13 at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home with burial in Jackson Cemetery, Minor Hill.
Born July 14, 1908, he was the son of the late Will and Lillie McKinney Alsup. His wife was the late Odeline Alsup.
Survivors include one son, Joe Thomas Alsup, Minor Hill; two daughters, Mrs. William Rutherford, Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Peggy Hargroves, Cedar Grove; two sisters, Mrs. Buren Davis, Mrs. Oliver Gatlin, Minor Hill and nine grandchildren.
