George Johannes Wagner/Waggoner was born in Mudenbach, Westerwaldkreis, Rheinland, West Germany in 1777 and died in Fredericktown, Knox Co. Ohio in 1854. He was the son of Sebastian & Ursula (Zeitmair) Waggoner. George married Mary Anna Bohm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on the 30th of April 1809. Mary and George had at least 5 children: George W 1811, John 1814, Henry 1822, Susanna 1816, and Joseph 1830. All children born in Pennsylvania except Joseph, born in Knox Co. Ohio on the 24th of July, 1830.
