Milton, April 16 - The E W Beckett well No 2 is holding up at 350 daily. It is pronounced a reliable producer by oil experts and in consequence Milton oil stock is raising.
About the hour this well was brought in, E W Beckett upon whose farm it is located, was being joined in holy wedlock to Mrs Lucy Barrett, widow of the late Elisha Barrett, at the bride's home in Camp Creek, Lincoln county, by Rev Mr Graham.
Mr Beckett was celebrating his seventy-third birthday anniversary when Beckett well No 1 the great gusher and first oil well found here, was brought in and his friends would like to see him celebrate some more happy affairs, as long as an oil gusher goes with them.
