The poem reads:
When I die
Give what's left of me away
To children
And old me that wait to die.
And if you need to cry,
Cry for your brother
Walking the street beside you.
And when you need me,
Put your arms
Around anyone
And give them
What you need to give to me.
I want to leave you something,
Something better
Than words
Or sounds.
Look for me
In the people I've known
Or loved,
And if you cannot give me away,
At least let me live on in your eyes
And not your mind.
You can love me most
By letting
Hands touch hands,
By letting bodies touch bodies,
And by letting go
Of children
That need to be free.
Love doesn't die,
People do.
So, when all that's left of me
Is love,
Give me away.

I am putting my own obit in Find-A-Grave because who knows me better than me.
I was born a poor white child August 22, 1946 to M Sylvester Crow and Ethel Okla McLain Crow. In 1949 I lost my only full sister to polio. I graduated high school from Apache Oklahoma in 1964. Same year I joined the Air Force to see the world. I saw San Antonio Texas, Denver Colorado, Austin Texas, Saigon Vietnam, and Sacramento California.
In the summer of 1972 I started living. I found the love of my life. I met Joyce Ann McCaig. We were married November 17, 1972 in Lawton Oklahoma. We had three Sons, Stephen Lynn, Phillip Anthony and Cody Lynn.
After 46 short but great years together my wife passed away June 18, 2018. I have never felt so much pain. She was my rock. About six months later I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Had to have it removed. After eighteen months of chemo pills I am cancer free.
At this time I am survived by my three sons Stephen, Phillip, and Cody and his wife Heather, Grandkids Aiden Edward Crow, Elliott Lee Crow, Chynna Brianne Crow, Brittany Cheyenne Crow, , Michela LeAnn Garrett, Morgan Kay Crow, Megan Lyn Crow. Also at this time three great grandkids Jenni Lee Garrett, Bentley Ray Cox, and James Ryan Hart.
I was preceded in death by Brothers and Sisters Vesta Lou Crow, Sylveda McClure, Samuel Sylvester {TBone} Crow, James Somerville, Betty June Davis, Billie Jean Belew, Clifford Odie Ellis, Vernie and Ernie Crow, Hazel Louvella Headley, Billy Charles Ellis, and Chester Sylvester Crow.

PS I did not write the following so take it with a grain of salt
Tony died as he lived: with tolerance, optimism, patience, generosity of spirit, curiosity, humor, strength, and grace.
Tha tha tha thats all folks!!!
