Armstrong - Funeral services for Thelma O. [Olivia] Durham, 88, of Fairfield, Ohio and formerly of Armstrong will be held at 2 p.m. today, Saturday, September 23 at the Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Chapel in Armstrong with the Rev. John Werth officiating. Interment will be held at Armstrong Grove Cemetery, Armstrong. She died on Tuesday, September 19 at the Woodridge Retirement Center in Fairfield.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of service today at the Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home in Armstrong.

She was born on June 1, 1907 in Carmen, Ill., the daughter of James and Hilda (Carlson) Edwards. She was united in marriage to W.J. "Joe" Durham.

She is survived by her husband of Fairfield; one son, James Durham of Cincinnati, Ohio; one sister, Lillian White of Topeka, Kan.; and one brother, Raymond Edwards of Armstrong. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, September 23, 1995)
