Ralph A. Brillheart, 80, of San Jose, Cal., and formerly of Dublin, died Friday, Jan. 17,1992.

He was born in Dublin on Sept. 4, 1911, the son of the late James W. Brillheart and Gillie Smith Brillheart.

He was preceded in death by three brothers, J.B. Brillheart Sr., Jerry A. Brillheart Sr., and Glenn A. Brillheart Sr.

He served in the U.S. Army during Work War II and was a member of the New Hope Community Baptist Church in San Jose, He was a former member of the Dublin United Methodist Church.

Surviving are one brother, Walter H. Brillheart of Richmond; four sisters, Miss lone Brillheart, Mrs/Kent (Madeline) Farmer, Mrs. Emil (Barbara) Heer, Mrs. Harry (Greta) Morrell Jr., all of Dublin.

A private family graveside service was held Saturday, Feb. 1, 1992, 2 p.m. in the Dublin Cemetery with Dr. Larry Ousley officiating. The family wishes that memorials be made to the Dublin United Methodist Church. Arrangments by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
