Mrs. Thompson was employed at Costa Leasing Co. before her illness. She and her husband traveled over much of the world during the time he was in the Air Force.
Surviving are her husband, Jerome Thompson; three daughters, Connie Suzanne (Mrs. Bryan) Clark of Maryland, Denise (Mrs. Bill) Meadows of Delaware County and Cheri (Mrs. Randy) Sites, Richmond; two sons, Hondo, Muncie, and Gunnar, a student at Purdue University; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Jackson, Columbus,Ga.; three brothers, Arthur Jackson Jr. and Joe Jackson, both of Muncie, and John Jackson of Florida; five sisters, Alice Taylor, Columbus, Ga., MaryWatt, Indianapolis, Margie Tharp, Columbus, Ohio, Jane Frasier, Muncie, and Rosie Hegge, Fort Wayne, and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 5 p.m. Sunday in Meeks Mortuary. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Calling hours are 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. today at the mortuary.
