NOTE: "The Billboard" weekly magazine - July 25, 1942 - Volume 54, Number 30 - Page 27 - gives his burial place as West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia. His body was first taken there and placed in a temporary vault. His first-name is also found as Casper.
