County Woman Dies in Auto Accident
Mrs. Edward F. Hoefler, 46, of Route 1, New Holstein was killed March 22, near St. Ann when the car in which she was riding collided with a car driven by Henry E. Depies of Route 2, New Holstein. The accident occurred about 5:35 p.m. at an intersection on County Trunk HH two miles north of St. Anna.
Mr. Hoefler was injured in the crash, as was their daughter, Lucille, 16. William Hartmann, father of Mrs. Hoefler, who was riding in the Hoefler car, escaped without injury.
An inquest is scheduled to be held at new Holstein tonight.
