Services for Sharon V. Johnson Walker, 48, Tyler, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday at Community Funeral Home of Tyler chapel with Elder Johnson officiating.

Burial will be in Silone Cemetery, Winona.
Ms. Walker died May 30 in a Tyler hospital.

She was born Oct. 13, 1955, in Tyler to Howard and Annie B. Johnson and was a lifelong resident. She attended John Tyler High School and Tyler Junior College, was a care provider for Jordan Health Service, and was a member of Waters Temple Church of God In Christ. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joe and Nellie Childs, Earnest and Birdie Johnson.

Survivors include daughter, Kenya D. Johnson, Tyler; parents, Howard and Annie B. Johnson, Tyler; brothers, Elder Richey Johnson, Flint, and Anthony S. Johnson, Tyler; and special friend, Hiram Lea Artur Williams,Tyler.

Friends of the family will serve as pallbearers.

Nephews will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Viewing will be 2-5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
