Frank S. Baehr, 84, of 3829 S. Orcas St., a retired marine engineer, died Friday in a hospital.
Mr. Baehr was a veteran of the Spanish-American war and was in the merchant marine in both World Wars. Born in Oswego, N. Y., he came here in 1910. He was a member of Local 38, Marine Engineers.
Survivors are his wife, Mary Frances; two step-daughters, Mrs. Leo Laurine and Mrs. James Maloney, both of Seattle; a stepson, Woodrow Courage, Seattle; a sister, Mrs. Frances E. Victory, Syracuse, N. Y., 11 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Rosary will be said at 3 o'clock today in the Columbia Funeral Home. Requiem Mass will be said at 8:15 o'clock tomorrow at St. Edward's Church. Burial will be at Holyrood.
Remembrances may be made to the Memorial Fund of the church.
