Harry P. Levin, born in Berlin, Germany, passed away at the age of eighty-seven after a brave battle with cancer.

Harry fled persecution in Nazi Germany in 1939 and enlisted in the British Army during WWII. He went on to serve as an officer in Israel's War of Independance in 1948.

After bringing his wife, Zipora, and his son, Michael, to California in 1958, he established a successful electrical engineering firm called Electro Energy Corp. in Burbank.
Harry was an avid skier and a patron of the arts. He will always be remembered for his strength, dedication, and perseverence.

Harry was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-five years, Zipora. He is survived by his son, Michael (wife, Debra), his granchildren Joy, Laura (husband Richard), Brian, Max, and Rachel, and his great-grandchildren, Samantha, Daniel, and Sean.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Sylmar.
