This was my Aunt Mary, my Daddy's sister. She had beautiful roses in her yard, was a wonderful cook and so kind to everyone. We lived next door to them when Daddy was in the Service and I loved her fresh baked cookies. She and Uncle Whitey were very happy. He was run over by a hit & run driver and killed on Hwy 42 near Turnertown. He didn't drive due to his eyesight and walked everywhere...he had been to get a haircut. Sweet man...never said a bad thing about anyone.
