Mrs. Mary Craft Dies at Home Here; Services Thursday
Services for Mrs. Mary Etta Craft, 70, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the First Baptist church with Rev. Frank Elkins, pastor, preaching the sermon. Burial will be in the Carnegie cemetery under direction of the Pitchers.
Mrs. Craft died at 1 a.m. Monday after being in poor health two years.
Mary Etta Mollett was born Nov. 4, 1880 at Ness City, Kans. She was married to Eli Andrew Craft Feb. 14, 1900. They came to Oklahoma in 1943 and to Carnegie in December the same year.
Besides the husband, survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Reavely, Rocky Comfort, Mo.,; Mrs. Nellie Davis, Goodman, Mo.; and Mrs. Myrtle Smith and Mrs. Elnora Ethridge, Carnegie; four sons, Wiley Craft, Moline, Kans.; Tom and Richard Craft, Kingman, Kans.; and Ralph Craft, Neodsha, Kans., and a sister, Mrs. Daisy Kellemburg, Leroy, Kans. She also is survived by 29 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
