Debra Jean Dorn, age 59, died Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Matthews of Adare Place, Menasha with her family by her side.

She was born on May 21, 1957 in Sheboygan, daughter of the late Joseph Sr. and Appolonia (Rollmann) Dorn. Debbie attended grade school in New Holstein and was a graduate of Chilton High School special education classes. She had been employed at New Hope Center, Chilton. She also had worked at M & I Bank, Gloria Dei Church and Chilton Food Mart. Debbie was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, St. Anna. She belonged to the Association of Handicapable People, Special Olympics and was the Secretary of the Action Club.

She enjoyed reading, especially the Bible, playing games with her family, latch hook and other crafts. An avid Green Bay Packer fan she especially enjoyed Reggie White and Brett Farve.

Survivors include her six sisters: Charlotte Dedering, Kiel, Kathy (Joe) Heimerl, Kiel, JoAnn Wenzel, Brillion, Donna (Don) Jacques, Fond du Lac, Janice (Robert) Mand, Malone, Sue (Lyle) Pitzen, Kiel and one brother, Joe Jr. (Linda) Dorn, New Holstein, She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one brother-in-law, Robert Dedering, caregiver and friend, Debbie Meetz, one niece, Annette Dedering and one nephew, Lonny Heimerl

The funeral Mass for Debbie will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Friday, December 9, 2016 at St. Ann Catholic Church,( N188 School St., St. Anna). Burial will take place in the parish cemetery. Family and friends may call at the Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home (815 6th St., Kiel) on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 4:00pm until 7:00 pm and at the the church on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
