CLAIR "DIZZ" GAISER: 75-of Sheffield St; died Sunday [5-21] in his home following a lengthy illness. He was born 10 Jan 1919 in Hilliard PA, a son of Claude & Zella Woodcott Gaiser. He married his wife Frances on 18 Sep 1934 in Murrinsvllle PA. He had been employed as a school bus driver & worked for Mobil Gas & 0il in Orwell OH. He was a veteran of WorldWar II having served with the US Army & was a member of the American Legion Post 719-Orwell.
He is survived by his wife: 2 daus: Mary Lou Vandervort-Whitehouse OH & Sally Schultz-Bellevue; 8 grandchildren; 13 gr-grandchild-ren: 1 brother: Claude Gaiser-NewCastle PA.; & 2 sisters: Faye Smith-Akron & Ruth Fox-Erie PA. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers & 1 sister.
Service will be held Wednesday afternoon [5-24] at Foos & Son Funeral Home with the Rev Mark Bishop, pastor of Zion United Church of Christ-Fireside. At the request of the deceas-ed, the body will be cremated & there will be no burial.
