Mrs. Augusta Colson Burdeshaw, 86, of Americus formerly of 919 4th Ave. Albany, GA died Tuesday April 3, 2007 at Magnolia Manor in Americus.

Funeral service will be held Friday 11AM at First United Methodist Church with interment in Floral Memory Gardens. Dr. Don Kea and Rev. Mike McAfee officiating.A native of Brunswick, GA, Mrs. Burdeshaw lived in Albany all of her life before moving to Americus four years ago. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Fellowship Sunday School Class. She loved Cooking, Sewing, and Painting.

Survivors include her husband Henry Burdeshaw of Americus formerly of Albany; 2 sons Joe Burdeshaw and his wife (Cathy) of Oakdale CT; Jack Burdeshaw and his wife (Gary Ann) of Georgetown, GA; 3 Grandchildren and 2 Great-granchildren.
