Oliver is survived by his wife, Mrs. Francis C. Oliver, and two sons, Kendall R. Oliver Jr. and Ronald J. Oliver, all of Hayes; his father, Pendleton Oliver, of Coke; a sister, Mrs. Joseph White, of Richmond, and two brothers, Bradford Oliver, of Hayes, and Randolph Oliver, of Gloucester.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Providence Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. R. Berkley Garnett, Pastor, assisted by the Rev. Charles H. Jones, pastor of Union Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The body will be moved from the chapel of the Hogg funeral home and placed in the church at 4 p.m.
