Surviving are her husband, Gregory; a daughter, Maggie at home; a son, Joseph at home; her parents, Esther and Gerald Hazelet of South Whitley; brothers, Bruce Hazelet of South Whitley and Rex Hazelet of Fort Wayne; and a grandmother, Lois Phillips of Fort Wayne.
Services are 2 p.m. tomorrow in the church, with burial in the church cemetery. Calling is 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in E.
