Rites Tuesday For Mrs. Baker

Funeral services were held Tuesday evening, Jan. 31, in the Hamilton Street Church of Christ, for Mrs. George Baker, a former resident of Olney. Richard Lunsford officiated at the service.
A resident of Follett, Tex., Mrs. Baker died Saturday, Jan. 28, in Shattuck, Okla. She was 33 years old.
The former Ellen Mae Monkres, Mrs. Baker was born June 24, 1933 in Burkburnett, Tex. She married George Baker in Olney in 1949, and moved away from Olney with her family about seven years ago. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include; her husband, a son, Ellis Lee and a daughter, Georgia Ellen, both of the home; her parents Mr. and Mrs. S.W. Monkres; three sisters, Mrs. Jerry Dunsworth, Beverly Monkres and Melissa Monkres.
Mrs. Baker's grandfather D.C. Williams also survives
