Andrew was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Sessions, of Hitchita, McIntosh County, Oklahoma. He enlisted in the Army on July 7, 1942 and was awarded the Purple Heart posthumously. Staff Sergeant Sessions was killed in action during WWII.
