Jordan, Jul. 21 - Reed A. Spracklin, 69, died at the hospital here Monday. He was born in Benton County, Iowa, and married Julia Siler in 1897. The family came to Montana in 1915 and settled on a homestead 15 miles west of Jordan. He is survived by his widow and six children, Amos, Harley, Clifford, Forest Spracklin, and Clara Durenber of Jordan, and LeRoy Spracklin in the navy.
Funeral services in the Presbyterian church. Burial in the Pioneer cemetery beside his son, Oliver Spracklin, who was killed at Fort Peck, July 19, 1935.
