Mrs. Thelma Lea Williams Chism, 76, of Fisher, La. passed away on April 30, 2008. Services will be held at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 2, 2008 at 10 AM, with interment in the Toro Cemetery in Florien, La. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 5 PM to 10 PM on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at the Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many, La.
Mrs. Thelma was loved by all she came into contact with every day. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of almost 50 years, Mr. Buster Chism and infant daughter Sharon Chism. She is also preceded in death by her parents, E. W. and Daisy Williams.
She is survived by her daughters, Claire Crittenden and husband Benny of Many, La. and Betty Jones of Shreveport, La. Son, Charles Chism of Shreveport, La. A special daughter in law, Glenda Chism of Blanchard, La. Grandchildren Labreeska Smith and husband Mike of Belmont, La., Faith Williams and husband Greg of Many La., Pam Meshell and husband Cofee of Fisher, La., and Terry Jones of Shreveport, La. 7 Great-Grandchildren and a host of close personal friends.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Mowad, Johnny Maxie, Doyle Sandifer, Doug Robertson, Raymond Alford.
