Margaret Y. "Bonnie" Potts, 79, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 24, 2009 at Winchester Medical Center.

Born November 21, 1929 in Loudoun Co., VA she was the daughter of the late George W. Wilt and Rosie Mason Wilt.

She was formerly employed with Cunningham's State Line Market in Ridgeway and a graduate of Harpers Ferry High School. She was also a member of Paynes Chapel United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one son, David W. Potts and wife, Cathy; three daughters, Karen L. Plauger, Gail Henson, and Jeannie Shiley and her husband, Teddy all of Bunker Hill; fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Reba Wilt of Ranson and Jean Danner of Chestnut Hill, WV.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther L. Potts; two sons, Lane and Phillip Potts; five brothers, Howard, Floyd, Bud, Calvin, and Charles "Chuck" Wilt; and three sisters, Willodean Higgs, Leola Danner, and Blanche Lanham.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 11:00AM at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Rev. Gary Gourley officiating. Interment will be in Hillsboro Cemetery, Hillsboro, VA.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
