She moved with her parents to Bluestem, Lincoln County, WA when she was 2 years old.
She became ill and at first they thought she had sleeping sickness but it turned out to be typhoid fever. After being ill for 3 weeks she passed away at the Spokane St Luke's Hospital.
Her funeral was held in the Harrington Baptist Church.
