Some family records say he was buried in a plot next to the Delray Mill,m which he and his son, Henry, operated and which was still in operation into the 1940s, just below the bridge across Potato Creek. It is my belief that, during the demolition of the mill when the covered bridge just above there was damaged and replaced by a concrete bridge in the early 1950s (when I was a pre-teen living about 2 miles from there), that his grave was destroyed and the marker (if there was one) was lost. My uncle (Jonathan's great grandson) told me before his death in 1995, that none of the remaining family members knew exactly where he was buried.
