--RICHBURG - Mrs. Sarah Louise Campbell Scott, 71, of 7140 Lyle Road died Saturday, Sept. 12, 1998, at home.
--The funeral will be 3 p.m. Monday at Heath Memorial United Methodist Church with Dr. Bill Evans and the Rev. Jim Leppard officiating. Burial will follow at Lando Cemetery.
--Mrs. Scott was born in Chester County. She was retired from Springs Industries and worked as a substitute teacher in the Chester County school district. She was a lifetime member of Heath Memorial United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the United Methodist Women and sang in the church choir. She was also the first baby christened at the church.
--Surviving are her husband, Robert Clyde Scott Sr.; her son, Robert Clyde Scott Jr. of Columbia; three daughters, Lynn Friedman of Orlando, Fla., Sue Walthall of Charlotte, and Barbara Partin of Lugoff; two brothers, John Newt Campbell and James Earl Campbell of Richburg; her sister, Marybelle Campbell of Richburg; and five grandchildren.
--The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 this evening at the Barron Funeral Home in Chester.
