Mrs. Weldell Birchell, nee Minnie Jones died at her home two miles northwest of Sylvania last night, of Bright's disease, aged 27 years. Deceased possessed a bright, cheerful disposition and was much thought of by her acquaintances. She was a daughter of Thomas Jones, the well known Ives Grove farmer and was united in marriage on December 25, 1899. She is survived by a husband, one daughter, Ella Florence, two sisters, Mrs. Samuel Skewes and Mrs. Bert George, of this city, and four brothers, John H. Jones, Racine; Frank Jones, Union Grove, and Alvin and Lewis Jones, Ives Grove. Funeral services will be held from her late home Thursday at noon and from the Ives Grove Methodist church at 1 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Frank Miller of Yorkville. The pall bearers will be Edwin and Thomas Skewes, H. C. Jones, Charles Hayes, William Fritchen, and Walter Vyvyan.
