His grave has a stone hand-engraved by his grandson, Jonathan Vickory. On it is 'C.V. 105 years'. On the right side of it is another stone with the initials H.V. for his first wife, Hannah. On the left is another stone with the initials M.V. for his second wife Mariah. His third wife was Nancy Weatherly Vickory; she is buried in the Level Cross Cemetery."
