Mrs. Russie L. Sheroans, 83, Lafayette, died Thurs., May 6, 1982. She had been ill several years and a resident of Heritage Healthcare Center since 1975.
Born at Battle Ground, she lived in Elizabethtown, Ky., and Delphi prior to moving to Lafayette 30 years ago. She attended Jefferson High School.
In 1929 she was married at Lafayette to Frank Sheroans, who died in 1954. She formerly was employed at the telephone company and Duncan Electric Co.
Surviving is a brother, Charles E. Souders of Sarasota, Fla., and a niece.
Services were Monday at Lafayette with interment in Battle Ground Cemetery.
