William C. Groff, aged 81, died last Saturday night at his home south of Claremont.

He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Stella Gardner, of Boise, Idaho, and one brother, Joe Groff, of Dundas.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at Mt. Pleasant church with burial in the nearby cemetery.
