She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Flora was born in Steele, N.D., on July 7, 1910, and was raised and educated there. She and Lyman W. Ritchie were married in Steele on Oct. 15, 1935. They moved to Great Falls and lived here for many years. He preceded her in death in 1997.
Flora was certified as a practical nurse from the Post Graduate School of Nursing in Chicago in 1957, and worked in private home nursing care for a number of years in Great Falls. She also had many volunteer hours of service to the Y.W.C.A. She attended Faith Lutheran Church here and had a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ, a source of peace and strength for her.
In the summertime, she loved the outdoors and enjoyed flowers and gardening.
Her husband preceded her in death in 1997.
