Carrie Ardelia Smith Lively, 98, of Mount Hope died Jan. 26, 1998, in Hidden Valley Health Care Center, Oak Hill, after a short illness. She was a homemaker.
Surviving: daughters, Kathleen Goodson Myers of Mount Hope, Delphine Elizabeth Goodson Dotson of Cleveland; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Tyree Funeral Home, Mount Hope, with the Rev. Jerry Pauley officiating. Burial will be in New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery, Abraham. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
