Kenneth Floyd Miller, 73 Washington Garden Apartments, died Sunday August 15, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center in Salisbury Township, Pa. He was owner and operator of Star Plaza Laundromat in Washington for 25 years, before retiring in 1983. Prior to that he was a building contractor in Washington. Born October 25, 1919, in Oxford, he was the son of Harry and Mary Tresize Miller. He was a World War II Army veteran. He was a member of the American Legion Post 103 in Washington. He is survived by two daughters, Theresa DeHart of Columbia and Marilyn Morgan of Washington. Three brothers John of Washington, George of Oxford, and Robert of Saylorsburg, Pa. a sister Fanny Baylor of Washington and three grandchildren.
