George Andrew Graham Jr., 87, of Hamilton died after a lengthy illness on Oct. 9, 2008 at his home surrounded by family. A memorial service will be held Oct. 18 at Riley Funeral Home with burial at Garden City Cemetery.
He was born June 10, 1921 in Abernathy. He attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock and was married to Zylphia R. Neely on Oct. 18, 1946 in Lubbock. The couple lived in Hobbs, NM for 54 years where they raised their two sons. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; three sisters and a great-grandson.
Survivors include two sons, Andy Graham and wife Donna and Cliff Graham and wife Linda; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three sisters and two brothers.
