The obituary for Mrs. Phoebe Melissa Storm, widow of David L. Storm, stated that she had died Dec. 13, 1926 at her home in Matoon. Her maiden name was Wisely and she was born Oct. 17, 1863, a d/o Mr. and Mrs. George Wisely. She married D. L. Storm, Aug. 1, 1889. No children were born to his union. She was survived by four stepsons, Fred Storm of Shelbyville; Morgan Storm, Irl Storm and Edgar Price of Mattoon; also by two half-sisters, Mrs. Ella Quick of Urbana and Mrs. Alice Faster of Tolono and a half brother, Charles Wisely of Oregon.
