Freda Lowe was born Jan. 21, 1944, in Venice, Fla. She grew up in the Springtown area and married her high school sweetheart, Roger Lowe, on July 18, 1961. Freda chose to humbly love and serve those around her and show compassion to the people who crossed her path. She impacted many lives through her Christian kindness and enjoyed being outside in God's creation. "Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her. Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting: but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised." Proverbs 31:28-30.
