Henrietta H. Cook, 95, of Pella died April 13. She was born March 3, 1885 in Pella to Nicholaas and Pieternella Van Leeuwen Hospers. She attended grade school in Pella where her parents settled after moving from Holland. She married Edward Stephanus Cook Aug. 24, 1910, and the couple had three children: Dorothy,Jean and Carol. Her husband was affiliated with Pella National Bank and retired from the insurance business in 1953. He died Jan. 11, 1962. She is survived by her children: Dorothy (Mrs. Bernard) Herald of Santa Barbara, Calif.; Jean W. Cook of Chicago, IL.; Carol (Mrs. Earl) Pohlman of Pella, and one granddaughter, Julie (Mrs. Rod) Zylstra of Pella.

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, and two sisters, Cornelia Hospers and Jeannette (Mrs. Sam N.) Van Vliet. She was a member of First Reformed Church and of Second Reformed Church. She also belonged to P.E.O. Services were held April 16 at the chapel of Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.
