Mrs. Annette C. Whetstone, 75, of Blythe, Ga., died Wednesday, March 24, 2004.

Graveside services will be conducted noon Saturday, March 27, at the Ott Cemetery, Branchville, with the Rev. Jerry Meredith and the Rev. Howell Hodgens officiating.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Chancey, Jason Huckaby, Richard Bakeman, Jordan Whetstone, Jerry James and Frankie Whetstone.

She was born in Augusta, Ga., a daughter of the late Harvey James Corley and Addie Lee Sims Corley. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Loganville. She was the widow of O.W. Whetstone.

Survivors include two sons, James O. Whetstone, of Chesapeake, Va. and Steven W. Whetstone, of Macon, Ga.; three daughters, Charlotte W. Hornsby, of Loganville, Ga., Sandra W. Huckaby, of Martinez, Ga. and Lynn W. Chancey, of Blythe, Ga.; two brothers, the Rev. W.C. Corley, of Lawrenceville, Ga. and Charles Corley, of Columbia; two sisters, Catherine Moog, of Augusta, Ga. and Carolyn Jones, of Macon, Ga.; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Ott Funeral Home of Branchville is in charge of arrangements.
