Mrs. Marie E. Fritchey, 60, Iberia, died Monday at Charles E. Still Hospital. She was born Nov. 10, 1923, at Roscoe, a daughter of Fred and Ina Allen Langdon. On Sept. 20, 1940, she was married at Iberia to H.E. Gene Fritchey, who survives of the home.

Mrs. Fritchey was a machine operator for L.B. Manufacturing Co., Iberia for many years. She was a member of the First Assembly of God, Dixon.

Other survivors include: three sons, Larry Fritcey, Eldon, Robert Fritchey, Jefferson City and Darrell Fritchey, Osage Beach; one daughter, Mrs. Carol Putnam, Henley; three brothers, Orville Langdon, Iberia, Emmett Langdon, Kansas City, and Everett Langdon, Alton, Ill.; one sister, Mrs. Lucille Ricker, Dadeville; 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild and two step-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 15 at the Stevinson-Mossman Funeral Home, Iberia, with the Rev. Albert Pettet officiating. Burial will be in the Seaton Cemetery near Dixon.
