Shirley Fay Wallander McQueen was born February 5, 1943 in Decaturville, Missouri the daughter of Everett and Mattie Marler Wallander and passed away on Tuesday July 27, 1999. She was 56 years old.

On November 13,1957 in Camdenton, she was united in marriage to Harold Eugene McQueen and to this union 6 children were born.
A life long resident of Camden Country area, Shirley was employed in the housekeeping department of Osage Beach Health Care Center for many years. She was a member of Union Baptist Church, Decaturville, Missouri and a loving devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by one son Larry Dean McQueen, one daughter-in-law Susan McQueen, and one brother Terry Wallander, and one grand-daughter Melissa McQueen.

Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Harold Eugene McQueen of Mack Creek,Missouri; 4 sons, Donald McQueen,Harold Dean and wife Donna McQueen, Gary Gene and wife Julia McQueen, Timmy McQueen of Jefferson City, Missouri; one daughter Tammy McQueen of Lebanon, Missouri,and 6 grandchildren, Elizabeth and Tara McQueen,Stephanie McQueen, Tony Howk, Justin and Steven McQueen. Also Her parents Everett and Mattie Wallander, of Montier, Missouri. Three brothers Dale, David, Don Wallander; three sisters Judy Wallander, Gail Anderson, Joyce Busbey.
Shirley was a loving wife, mother,grandmother,and sister,aunt,and also daughter.
