Mr. Louis J. Alexander and Miss Beatrice Brown, both of Trilla, were united in marriage by Rev. S. A. Hughart at his home, 1212 Marshall Avenue, on Tuesday afternoon in the presence of two intimate friends -- Ray Rornblaser and Miss Nellie Jones of Trilla. The party immediately after the ceremony drove to the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Brown, a mile and a half southeast of Trilla, where a wedding dinner was served.
Mr. Alexander is a son of Mr. and Mrs. David Alexander. He is a prosperous and progressive farmer and a member of the Muddy Point Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons and the Modern Woodmen of America.
Mrs. Alexander is a handsome and accomplished young woman, and enjoys a great popularity in her home, where she is a teacher in the Presbyterian Sunday School and an active worker in the church.
Mr. and Mrs. Alexander will reside on a farm near Trilla."
