Counts B: June 23, 1848; Nicholas Leyde Counts, B: 1850; James Ellis Counts, B:September 20, 1851; twins Harriet Jane and John Houston Counts, B:April, 1854; Louisa Counts, B: 1857; and Charles Counts, B:1859.)
Second marriage was to Harriett E. Miller (b. 27 Apr 1830 in St. Francois Co., MO and d. 24 Feb 1904 in Atlanta, GA. There were no known children from this marriage and the marriage date was Aft. 1860.
