COTTAGE GROVE — George Clayton Munsell of Cottage Grove died June 5 of age-related causes at age 86. No service is planned.
He was born Oct. 8, 1923, in Salem to David and Katherine Brock Munsell.
He served in the Army during World War II in the Philippines. He worked for Bohemia Western and Al Irvine Trucking as a truck driver.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Wiscarson and Cathy Perez, both of Cottage Grove; and six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A private inurnment will be at Brumbaugh Cemetery in Cottage Grove. Arrangements by Smith-Lund-Mills Funeral Chapel in Cottage Grove.
