She was born on November 16, 1968, in Charlottesville, Virginia, to Robert Layne of Crozet, Virginia, and the late Ivy Layne.
She is survived by her daughter, Maria Martinez and her husband, Ricky Keyton Jr. of Crozet, Virginia; three grandchildren, Kelsey, Kyle and Kassidy Keyton, all of Crozet, Virginia; two sisters, Robin Layne of Crozet, Virginia; Kathy Shiflett of Barboursville, Virginia; two brothers, Robert Layne and his wife, Tammy Goolsby, of Greenwood, Virginia, Benny Layne and his wife, Penny Morris, of Crozet, Virginia.
A funeral service was held at Anderson Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday, June 10, 2010.
Interment at Rockgate Cemetery in Crozet with the Reverend David Collyer officiating.
