Pete Kult was the son of John Nathan and Barbara Ellen Schilling Kult. On February 11, 1914 he married Mary Elenore Walsh (Mamie) in Coon Rapids, Iowa. Pete farmed the Kult farm located on the north west corner of section 36 of Richland Township, directly across 270th street from his dad's farm. John Nathan Kult's farm is gone, drive way is still visible off the north side of 270th between Apple Avenue and Zephyr
