The Evening Kansan-Republican, 27 September 1922: "Charles Finnell, head of the Automobile Accessory Co., 709 Main [Newton], will discontinue his business Oct. 1 [1922], to take a position with the Hesston Garage, the Durant and Star agency at Hesston. He has sold his stock of accessories to the Hesston Garage, and plans also to dispose of his salvage automobile parts. Mr. Finnell has been operating on Main for nearly two years, and has been one among Newton's most active young business men."
