Matilda and John were married by the Rev. J. Dudley who could be Rev. Ira Dudley. It was stated that they were all from the town of Colosse. Matilda and John moved from Union Settlement to Central Square, New York on April 20, 1905. Matilda was a member of the Baptist Church in Central Square. Matilda had three children who died young. Matilda and John are buried in Hillside Cemetery.
